Q. What software is available in the FREE TIME LABS, L-222 and L-309?

A.  See the attached Document about software in the Library's free time labs.  The listings are no longer on BCC Website.

 

 Q. How many computers are there in the Library?

 A. 237.  Main Floor has 120 (both in Atrium and in Low Ceiling Area); Free Time Labs have 50; and Instruction Rooms have 67. 

 

 Q. Where can I use Microsoft Word version 2007?

A. Office 2007 is on select computers in Free Time Lab, L-222 and on all computers in L-309.  Please ask a STC for assistance.

 

Q. How do I report a problem with a computer?

A. Ask the Student Technical Assistant (STC) at the Library's Main Floor PC Help Desk (bright yellow sign). 

 

Q. How do I use library databases (electronic full-text articles) from home?

A. You will be prompted for your user name (your last name) and your password (your BCC ID #).

 

Q. How can I check what books I have out?

A. Go to "My Library Account" link on the left side of the library's homepage.  Enter your lastname/BCC ID # when prompted.
