Use you laptop to activate wireless access (sometimes a key, sometimes thru Control Panel-Network). When prompted for either Faculty, Student,or Bergen networks. CHOOSE Bergen. You may get a denial of service/error message, but keep going - click CONTINUE. This will bring you to the screen below:

To authenticate, please enter your Last Name and College ID# (The ID# that appears on your College ID Card) below.

This SECOND Box is their LAST NAME - only (no first initial) and the first letter must be capitalized, the rest lower cap.
